Question How to get rid of bad hamster smell??
My sister has several hamsters in her house. I swear they just smell so bad! Is there any way to get rid of that hamster smell? She changes their vages out pretty regularly, but it still stinks. Help!!

i was told to alway use a 5 to 1 ratio of bleach to clean out the cage and kill the small and anything else. Not to strong... but spray it and lit it sit a few then wash it out.

Good advice! Just make sure to let the cage dry before letting the hamster back in.

Oh yes... the best is to sit it in the sun... the sun will burn off the bleach... then just wipe it out... Nice and clean... but i'm not a vet so i would just give any vet a quick call to recheck.
