I'm wonering if this person is a good breeder or not.

Does this looks like a good breeder? I am not looking at getting a dog yet, but they live in my area and so I wanted to talk with them and also see if I could possibly try and learn some things about conformation and handling from them and weight pull. But I dont want to go to them if they really arent that great of breeders. And since I dont know much about health testing and conformation and titles and such, I was just wondering if anyone could give their input on their dogs, titles, etc?
