Have any of you heard about this can driver that has a cat with him? I saw it on the news. The man drives around with his cat sitting in his lap, and takes his customers to wherever they want to go. Apparently he doesn't have a problem getting customers because people request him personally.

I got a kick out of it because the news showed his cat gladly sitting on the cab driver's lap, sticking his head out the taxi window like a dog, and almost smiling! I swear I have never seen anything like it. Aren't cats supposed to hate cars?

If anyone has a link to more information on this cat cab, can you share it? I would like to read some more about it.

While most people have heard of a taxi cab they've never heard of a Tabby cat cabbie; unless they're hailing a cab in Florida. Every work day this cat, "Rambo" takes to the road with his owner as the two comb the streets for customers. So far the cabbie has received no complaints from allergenic customers only compliments of the companion cat, Rambo. Rambo's owner says the cat does not like trucks, trains, big dogs and drunk men.

That's great! I've never heard this story. What an unusual cat to enjoy sitting in the car all day.

It must be really nice for that cab driver to have his buddy with him everyday.
