| Hi all, I've recently taken on a 12y.o. (approx) male dog. We're not sure what breed he is, but we think he has a bit of labrador in him, maybe some collie too. I was giving him a fuss today and felt an odd 'lump' on him. At first I thought it was something stuck to his fur, but upon closer inspection it looks like some kind of skin mole. Although I say 'lump', it isn't *actually* a lump. It's hard to descibe, so I've included a link to some close-up photos. I've searched for hours online and can't find anything similar. The photos are here: http://s264.photobucket.com/albums/i...l-retro/ozzie/ There are a few close-ups of the mole. The photo 'ozmole4' should give you an idea of where it is located. There are also a couple of my handsome chappie posing for the camera ![]() Best wishes, Kat |

| I forgot to say, the mole is about 1cm in length, long and thin and growing 'outwards' rather than 'across' the skin like most moles. If you have a look at the photos, please be sure to read the description for more info on each shot. Also, it doesn't appear to be painful at all. Thanks, Kat |
