I'm curious about what kind of dog food you all use. This isn't for marketing purposes or anything. It would just be neat for us to share our experiences with each other. 1- Can you please tell us which dog food you feed your puppy? 2- Why do you use that brand? 3- How old is the puppy that you feed it to? 4- Where do you buy the dog food from? 5- Have you tried other brands? 6- Does your dog seemed satisfied by the brand? 7- Did someone recommend that dog brand to you? I'll get it started by applying it to me, and our little poodle Inkie. 1- We feed our little puppy Science Diet. 2- We feed Inkie this brand of food because we were told it is healthy for her. 3- My puppy is 14 years old. 4- We buy Science Diet from our vet. 5- We used to feed Inkie other brands but we switched to help her lose weight. 6- Inkie loves her dog food! 7- Our veterinarian told us about Science Diet. ![]()

| We had to switch to wet dog food a year ago. Our pup lost a few too many teeth to chew hard food. We give her Pedigree. She really loves it, and she would eat 3 times as much as she needs if we let her. Before this, we gave her a natural dog food that is made locally. ![]()

We love Innova EVO because it doesn't have any grains, corn, or harmful chemicals like most dog foods do. I'm sorry to say that Pedigree and Science Diet contain many things that a dog just shouldn't eat. Sadly, vets push these foods but if you look at the label, corn and by-products will set you up for a nasty fall later on in life. (like losing teeth, liver failure,,,, etc, etc.)

I feed mine Nutro. Most of them eat the mini chunks I do have one however who will not eat the chicken based product and I have to get the lamb and rice for him. I tried Science diet and my dogs just seemed to turn their nose up at it. I havent had any types of problems with the Nutro, its less expensive than Science Diet and it has about the same ingredients. My vet approved it as well.

I have two Tibetan Terriers (TTs), Albert, who is a 4 yo male but has been with us less than a year and, Mida, who is 10 months, mostly deaf, and has been here about 5 months. Neither of my dogs are all that food driven to begin with ... often turning down tidbits of chicken or steak when offered. Al is the pickier of the two. Mida will try most things at least once and has a bit of a sweet tooth (graham crackers, please!). They both love cantalope of all things. I feed them Nutro Ultra Puppy right now mixed into food that I cook for them that is mixture of beef, potatoes, sometimes brown rice (but they seem to prefer potato), some carrot, green beans, squash. I also sometimes bake a dry kibble of pureed chicken, eggs, barley and buckwheat flour, and safflower oil. I am trying wean them off of the commercial dog food. But Al is slow to give it up and may never. He did spend the first 3 1/2 years of his life eating Eukanuba. I am going to try to switch them to Evo now that Mida is almost a year old. One of the best quality foods out there as far as I can tell. I have found that they generally will pick the better quality food offered to them. Al quickly changed to the Nutro and wouldn't touch the Eukanuba afterwards. And he does like the beef mixture for most of his diet but still likes the dry crunchiness of the kibble which I leave available for them all the time. They never over eat ... Al sometimes not eating for a day here and there. A cup of dry dog food will sit in the bowl for a few days at a time before it is gone. Mida walks away from food. Both are perfect weights and are very healthy. Al has a "take it or leave it" approach to his food no matter what it is. Mida is more interested but is always calm about getting fed. They get to have some anything we are eating as long as it is safe for them and if they want it. Cheesy scramble eggs are always a favorite. I don't get the excited "It's Dinner Time!" response that most dogs give, but then, mine are never really hungry. Good Recipe biscuits and chew bones, bully sticks, and chicken jerky are the treats they get. They love the bully sticks. I get the low odor ones. Suzan

Feed your puppy 3-4 times a day. Puppies have different nutritional needs than adult dogs. Choose a puppy food that provides the appropriate balance of nutrients your puppy needs. ![]() ![]() Be sure they are getting the right amount of protein and calcium, and the proper amount of calories. Check the label to determine if you are feeding your puppy a balanced diet. Meat should be the first ingredient on the label. since, last 2 Yrs, i m using one of the best selling dog-food product which is originated from Italy & available on the online store very cheaply. Moreover, this dog-food has high nutritional value compared to other brands. Check this Brand i use to feed my puppy >>>> http://www.agritura.com/index.php/ca..._Dog-Food.html
