I figured that a few of you could use some dog breeding pictures for educational purposes. I hope these breeding pics are useful:

This is a dog in heat picture. The pic shows the belly of a young Terrier that is going in heat for the first time. Changes in the dog's hormones leads to pimples that can be spotted if you look closely.

This next canine breeding pic shows the male dog mounting the female in the classical "doggy style" position. Unless the female is in heat and ready, she will not hold still for the boy dog. When she is ready to breed, the female will accept him.

This is a picture of a pregnant dog that is expecting very shortly. Just as a human, an expecting dog will swell heavily and have difficulty in maintaining balance. Proper nutrition is a great concern throughout her pregnancy.

In this pic you can see the newly born puppies feeding from their mom's teats. They are so cute!

Great ost, gleen! And nice pics you got there, particularly the first one. I guess this post comes in handy and very useful for those who are new to having a dog as a pet, especially when having a female dog they would want to breed. It's really something they could certainly learn from. Thanks for sharing the pics!
