Default Is it true?

I read in an encyclopedia before when I was in high school that all kinds of birds can talk. That is if you will teach the bird at a very early age. It said there that all birds have the ability to talk though some of them have high intelligence which give them the edge of learning to talk in a short span of time training. Is this true?

Care to share the encyclopaedia which gave this information? As its not possible.
All birds can not talk, although you do anything to train them to talk, as most of them have no sound box in them and very few have ability to make human like voices, one of them is the parrots.

Others can just produce some weird sounds and mourning voices, and not more than that. Whether you train them from small age or from when they are born, its just not possible for them to talk.

You need to quote the text which you have read from.
It is highly improbable that all birds can talk.
Only parrots are known to be talking that too not successful in each and every parrot.
